Red cherry color with a dark garnet rim. Red and wild fruits aromas (cherry, picota, wild blackberries). Hints of fine oak (coffee, vanilla and Arabic coffee and bitter chocolate). In the mouth is friendly, fleshy, expressive with a good balance between a fresh acidity, fine bitterness and a subtle touch of sweetness. For this vintage 2010 we have selected 230 oak barrels of 225 liters (130 from American oak and 100 from French oak) to achieve the best 66.000 bottles of 0,75L, 530 magnums of 1,5L and 90 double magnum of 3L. Optimal serving temperature: 17-18 °C.
